In this short, yet precise, article, Ash-Shaykh Aḥmad Ibn Yaḥyā al-Najmī (رحمه الله) delivers a decisive word on the deception and treachery associated with suicide bombings and its explicit prohibition in the shar'iah of al-Islām. This article was translated by our noble brother Abu Afnaan Muhammad 'Abdullah (حفظه الله)
~ An excerpt taken from the article ~
Treachery and deception are both impermissible, even if the intent for such was to bring about harm to the enemy, and even if the enemy transgressed and was oppressive. Deception is rejected in Islāmic legislation and impermissible therein.
Likewise, treachery is prohibited.
