Before the reader is a concise article from the works of our Shaykh ‘Abd Al-Qādir al-Junayd (حفظه الله) regarding the takbīr in the ten days of Dhū al-Ḥijjah. The Shaykh briefly outlines the two types of takbīr: Al-Takbīr al-Muṭlaq (the Unsrestricted Takbīr) and al-Takbīr al-Muqayyid (the Restricted Takbīr).
